Additional Information and Terms of Service

• All transactions are made via PayPal.

• The commission will not be started until full payment is completed.

• All commissions, unless explicitly discussed, are strictly for personal use only. 

  • The client is allowed to:

    • use the piece as an avatar, cover photo, etc. provided that proper credit is given;

    • reupload the piece to social media provided that proper credit is given;

    • print out the piece for personal use.

  • The client is NOT allowed to: 

    • resell the piece;

    • mass produce the piece for profit in any way;

    • claim my art as their own;

    • edit, remove, or otherwise tamper with my signature.

• Commissions may take an average of 3 to 10 weeks to finish.

  • Pieces may take longer or shorter, depending on the circumstances of both the artwork and the artist.

  • Should you decide upon a strict deadline for your request, a prioritization fee of 50% to 75% of the original price must be added on top of the commission. This will depend on how urgent the commission is needed upon the time of request.

• The client is allowed up to three (3) revisions during the sketch approval phase. Clients who request revisions more than the amount allotted or request revisions once the piece has been completed will be charged 15% of the original commission fee per revision requested.

 

• I have the right to drop or refuse a commission request at any time for any reason.

  • If payment has already been completed and the piece has not been started, the client will be refunded in full;

  • otherwise, the artist does not offer refunds.

• Clients who are found to violate any of the terms will be blacklisted from further commission requests. Other artists may or may not be informed as well.
